This technique has been inspired from oriental massages and therapical treatments including shiatsu and acupuncture.
This massage treats the whole body but concentrates on techniques performed on the abdominal and dorsale areas, completed with pressures on specific zones.
The description of the massage:
The pressures are done mainly with the thumbs, but the techniques require the use of the whole length of the fingers, and the palm of the hand.
The pressure is done with no effort, using only the weight of the body. The wrists, palms, fingers and thumbs transmit the weight to the body and create a soft pressure.
Each pressure is done following the trails of the meridians and listening to the rhythm of the respiration.
The pressures release tensions in the muscles, stimulate the energy centers and activate the energy flows.
Each pressure lasts from 3 to 5 seconds.
